Si è da poco conclusa una mia mostra in occasione della Festa del Bosco, organizzata dal comune di Montone, e il giornalista Rolando Boco mi ha fatto il grande onore di scriverne sulle pagine del Giornale dell’Umbria.
Colgo l’occasione per ringraziare Rolando assieme a chi questa esperienza l’ha resa possibile, congiuntamente a tutti i visitatori che hanno deciso di fermarsi per qualche istante nella Chiesa di Santa Caterina dal 29 Ottobre al 1 Novembre scorsi.

Alla “Festa del Bosco” espone “Nero”
A Montone è approdato Andrea Cavargini, disegnatore ed apprezzato illustratore di Città di Castello, che esporrà alcune sue opere all’interno della bella Chiesa di Santa Caterina. Andrea Cavargini il cui vero nome d’arte è “Nero”, come il nero dell’inchiostro di China che usa per i suoi disegni, è presidente dell’associazione “Esule – Accademia del Fumetto” che sul programma-manifesto dell’Associazione, così scrive: “L’Esule è un approdo sicuro su lidi incerti. Un luogo dove poter esprimere liberamente le proprie emozioni, aperto a tutti gli individui che non si riconoscono in una consuetudine mentale che appiattisce e annulla la creatività del singolo e del gruppo.(…) “Come Esuli intendiamo far meglio conoscere il fumetto e le sue infinite possibilità, senza dimenticare le arti ad esso connesse. (…) Il fumetto è un mezzo espressivo al pari di cinema, teatro e letteratura e quindi può essere usato per parlare di qualsiasi argomento.” Infatti Andrea Cavargini è impegnato nella realizzazioni di Corsi di disegno e fumetto aperto a chiunque ami questo tipo di espressività. Di Cavargini possiamo ricordare brevemente che in quanto colorista freelance ha lavorato per Disney Italia 2010, dopo essere stato assistente colorista di Simone Peruzzi (Marvel Comics) dal 2007 al 2009. Lo stile di Andrea “Nero”, è uno stile pulito, nitido, linee nere che scandiscono spazi ed organizzano emozioni in una “scrittura” rigorosa che richiama alla mente alcune suggestioni di straordinari maestri dell’ottocento.

My exibition on the occasion of the Feast of the Wood, organized by the town of Montone, ended last week and the journalist Rolando Boco made me the great honor to write about it on the pages of the “Giornale dell’Umbria”.I take this opportunity to thank Rolando along with those that has made possible this experience, together with all the visitors who have decided to stop for a moment in the Church of St. Catherine from past October 29th to past November 1st.

At the “Feast of the Wood” exhibits “Nero”
In Montone has arrived Andrea Cavargini, popular designer and illustrator from Citta di Castello, which will exhibit some of his works in the beautiful church of Santa Caterina. Andrea Cavargini, whose real art name is “Nero” (“Black” in italian), such as black India ink he uses for his designs, is president of the “L’Esule – Academy of Comics” and on manifesto/program of the Association, writes: “L’Esule is a safe harbor on uncertain shores. A place where everyone can freely express their emotions, open to all individuals who do not identify with a tradition that flattens and clears the creativity from the mind of the individual and group. (…) “As Exiles we intend to raise awareness of the comics and its infinite possibilities, not to mention the arts connected with it. (…) The comics are a medium like cinema, theater and literature and so can be used to talk about any topic”.Andrea Cavargini is in fact engaged in the design and realization of courses open to anyone who loves the comic books and their type of expression . Of Cavargini we briefly recall that he has worked for Disney Italy, as a freelance colorist in 2010, after being an assistant colorist for Simone Peruzzi (Marvel Comics) from 2007 to 2009. The style of Andrea “Nero” is clean, crisp, with black lines that mark spaces and organize emotions into a “write” strict that reminiscent of some suggestions of extraordinary masters of the nineteenth century.
